In most houses, existing joists or subfloor can still be used to fit new wooden flooring on top. I am happy to supply great quality solid wood boards sourced from the best suppliers. The come unfinished, which means they have no varnish or oil on top and I get to fine sand and finish once a floor is laid. Thanks to that, my clients get brand new floors laid with solid wood, which are sealed with my own heavy duty varnishes I normally use for refinishing existing floors.
